Walking in at 5:00 a.m. from the truck stop across the street to get breakfast, Mindy was in there alone handling six customers orders as well as my two online orders! And she never once flinched or lost her cool, she was like Picasso in the kitchen! There are very few people who are as kind with his good of a work ethic as she has! She needs a raise!
