When I asked about it, no one could explain. Not okay to add charges without telling customers. Double-check your receipt.

- LKLogan KelloggMar 14, 20261.0Always check your receipt here! After ordering, the total seemed much higher than the board price. I paid but asked for my receipt, to which the employee became upset. Looking at my receipt, they charged a higher price for the meal, and charged me for multiple sauces (We only had 1 sauce , which is supposed to come free with the meal). When I asked the employee about the higher price and sauce charges, he became increasingly hostile...he ultimately opened the register and threw two $1 bills at me, and then proceeded to say something in his native language that made all the other employees look up. If you'll notice, there are a few other reviews stating something similar (overcharging, monkey business with the card reader, not giving people receipts, etc.) so just be aware, as the whole experience felt very "scammy". Certainly won't be coming back to this location.
- KKKarynMar 6, 20265.0This was the first time I ever even HEATD of Charleys. Such a pleasant experience, I had no issues tipping ,and the wings were delicious. The prices are reasonable, especially for an outlet mall. I was impressed by the customer service, and the speed if service. I would highly recommend if you're out and about and wanna get some good wings. My husband loved the chicken cheesteak as well. Well done!!
