Staff apologized and said they were short staffed. (Completely empathize with them, not their fault.) However, after being trapped in a drive through I couldn’t leave and getting my horrible incorrect food at 7:47… they need to figure something out. No napkins, burger wasn’t even close to what I ordered, cold and smashed together… I had to use my shirt to wipe off the fries from the salt. Never again. Shut down the inside or drive through if you can’t manage. I just wasted $13.00.

I went there to try out the ice cream because I was comparing ice creams from lots of ice cream places and the ice cream was a little disappointing. It was super light and airing, which is good for some people, but not for me and it was also like very icy not great. They're fine. Drinks were good though.
