  Ever since pizza hut started using door dash instead of hiring drivers, the service has been garbage. They consistently mess up orders. The wait that is supposed to be 45 minutes turn into 2-3 hours. And God forbid you use your points when placing your order. Because when they inevitably mess up the order, you will NOT be getting those points back. I do not recommend ordering from this store for delivery ever. Spend the extra money and go up the street to papa John's. They cost more but at least they get your order right, deliver it warm, and show up when they say they are going to.

  ⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience I’m at a family outing on my day off, and I actually left the beach to have this pizza remade because the first one was so bad. Unfortunately, the remade pizza came out exactly the same. The “hand tossed” crust looked and felt like thin crust. When you lift a slice, the whole thing stays stiff like cardboard. The crust was dry, tough, and extremely hard to rip apart. There was barely any sauce, which made the entire pizza even drier. Completely unacceptable. What makes this worse is that Pizza Hut is a company that constantly claims “no one out-pizzas the Hut,” yet I’ve had better quality from Little Caesars — and that’s genuinely embarrassing for Pizza Hut. I’m sick of being disappointed by a place that should be delivering consistent quality. Easily one of the top five worst Pizza Hut experiences I’ve ever had.
