    Went through the drive through and they had me oark because my order wasn't ready. I parked and they brought my order out which was missing an item. I went inside and was ignored at the register for about 15 minutes. Finally an employee asked me if I needed help. I let her know I was missing and item from my order. She immediately walked away and ignored me. I had to wait another 5 minutes for a separate employee to finally get my food. Terrible service.

    Bra food is good as always but they take fooooooorever every dang time! Kills me but I need my fix so I wait but please just make the burger!

    Tried calling management about mold on my sandwich to have them avoid getting others sick. Guess I'll try again tomorrow as well as the health department to come and do a check bc this hasn't been the first time something has happened at this location.

    I ordered 2 Buffalo Ranch Snack Wrap, Large French Fries and Large Lemonade drink at exactly 4:42PM, November, 20, 2025. I told the crew member the fries is too soft, chewy and oily, but she ignores my concern. Then 5:08PM I order again large fries and I told her again the fries is not good same as my first order, I told her to give me newly cooked but she ignores my concern again!!!! And she talked to her co-employee then they laughed about my concerns! This is kinda weird and embarrassing!

    They didn’t give us are bbq sauce and we orders a chicken sandwich and it came plan with nothing on it other the a piece of chicken and bun no mayonnaise no pickle no nothing!
