I told the crew member the fries is too soft, chewy and oily, but she ignores my concern. Then 5:08PM I order again large fries and I told her again the fries is not good same as my first order, I told her to give me newly cooked but she ignores my concern again!!!! And she talked to her co-employee then they laughed about my concerns! This is kinda weird and embarrassing!
