Opened bag. Was missing mocha frappe and a fries. Had to go to Wahiawa McDonald's to pick up missing items. Wahiawa McDonald's was great they gave us a whole new order because food was getting cold already. No sense order delivery if the order is not going to be fulfilled.

The staff is top tier and always goes above and beyond to help resolve order issues, which are hardly ever even when there is a lot of people ordering both inside and out. I didn't catch the young man's name at the front register but he is always on point. You can tell he has pride in what he does.
