  Found a rubber band cooked into my pizza then only wanted to trade the pizza for a new one but they said they didn’t carry rubber bands in there location and said an investigation needs to be done by pizza hut as if my kids weren’t already hungry enough so i just hung up not worth my time worst pizza hut on maui no questions asked

  Food is great, exactly the consistent pizza hut flavor we all know and love. But the fact that the owners/managers have implemented asking for a tip, even for an online order, encourages me to dine at PH's competition. It's obvious that the employees find it awkward as well. I'm not talking about online tipping. If I pay online, they ask for a tip in store at the register.

  I put this because I work in the service industry, and truly believe that part of our job is to give the guest/customer the best experience possible. This lady was dry, curt, and not pleasant at all. I almost wanted to hang up. But, I also wanted to eat. Probably not a good slogan. Just needed to eat, with not wanting to go out. Or other means of acquiring sustenance.

  Big $28 plus tip bring it up to $33 for a large cheese stuff pizza. Absolutely no toppings just cheese. This is absolutely ridiculous never again
