  They have terrible counter service! I’ve come a few times hoping that it won’t be so bad this time and I will not come back after today. I was ignored after the young man at the counter finished a couples order before me. I waited a few mins hoping he’d come back and take my order but he didn’t. He eventually did look up at me, he saw that I was there and then turned around and completely ignored me! Last time I was ignored at the counter also but when the lady saw me, she came and helped me. I wasn’t ignored. That’s poor customer service.

  Hire an entire new team. Waited 20 minutes to order. Sat at the window for 13 minutes before we could even pay, then got told to go park on the side where 9 cars were waiting already. This is not a fluke, this is every visit.

  Worst McDonald's on the island! Only been here 2x and both times I waited a ridiculously long time. 2 ice cream cones, a cookie and a fountain drink, literally had me waiting for over 20 minutes!

  . > This place needs new management. The employees can’t handle everything by themselves. During my last visit, an employee took my order and left it open. I paid, but she never returned to finish my order or give me my change when she came back. She didn’t apologize, and after waiting 10 minutes in line, it didn’t feel like the employee’s fault—it was poor restaurant management.

  I sitting here waiting for my order for breakfast ordered 45 minutes ago. There rude and just want to ignore me. I live right across the street and I can’t even get any customer service. I’m not the type to complain but come on. Is this a joke?
