People are barely getting out of their jobs and exiting traffic trying to get food. At minimum, the drive-through tends to be 15 to 20 cars deep, I have currently been waiting 40 minutes for my meal. Absolutely ridiculous and I would implore them to staff accordingly so they can operate at minimum 9 PM lobby service as well.
