What makes it worse is that they do not even try to accommodate customers or offer alternatives. Other Dunkin’ branches usually make an effort to suggest substitutions or help, but this one does not. If inventory issues are ongoing, management really needs to address them. Customers should not have to guess what will or will not be available. Unfortunately, this location stands out negatively compared to other Dunkin’ stores.

I understand they are understaff as stated in the shop but i don’t think the standards of dunkin donuts should be as low as this.
