The employee helping me wasn’t wearing a name tag, wasn’t friendly, and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. When I asked if my pizza was thick crust, instead of offering any basic courtesy or fixing the issue, she snapped back with, “No, you didn’t say.” Really? That’s the level of customer service here? Not even a simple, “Sorry, did you want thick crust?” If this is how Domino’s treats new customers, I’m not impressed. Absolutely awful first impression. Wow and they still made my pizza thin crust after all that even asking for thick crist they still made thin I will stick to PizzaHut.
