- EEE ENov 23, 20251.0This was my first time ever ordering from Domino’s and it will probably be my last. The customer service was honestly terrible. The employee helping me wasn’t wearing a name tag, wasn’t friendly, and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. When I asked if my pizza was thick crust, instead of offering any basic courtesy or fixing the issue, she snapped back with, “No, you didn’t say.” Really? That’s the level of customer service here? Not even a simple, “Sorry, did you want thick crust?” If this is how Domino’s treats new customers, I’m not impressed. Absolutely awful first impression. Wow and they still made my pizza thin crust after all that even asking for thick crist they still made thin I will stick to PizzaHut.

Called to cancel as to not waste the delivery drivers time but i had to listen to the AI rep for 10 minutes before i just ultimately hung up, delivery driver was professional and apologized for the long wait, declined the order and gave him a tip for gas. Poor customer service from start to finish.
