Lil girl on intercom replied “all sales are final.” Asked the man with blank stare as he printed my receipt at first window “can I please get a small courtesy cup of ice?” “i’ll radio them and let them know.” I thanked him. Drove to the second window, received the meal I payed for, looked at the woman and then asked “can I please have a courtesy cup of ice?” She was holding it next to the window. Why I had to ask three times for a cup of ice is beyond me. You must call it a courtesy cup otherwise they will cut you off with “all sales are final,” interruption. Customer service on par with an ogre or troll, Mcdonalds Pahoa.
