  I was at the mililani location on 4/6 (friday) at peak time i would say 4-430 ish, shopping for the deals. I was in the deli dept where this friendly clerk was stocking soups that was on the sales floor. She noticed that I was buying about 10 of them and asked if I needed a box I said please. I then proceeded to the deli counter to order my boneless chicken wings just plain I had to wait about a half hour as I understood they also had other flavors of wings and bone in wings being made. As I was waiting for my chicken I noticed quite a few people kept coming there to order wings. Some waited some just grabbed the prepacked ones. After waiting awhile, the same deli clerk acknowledged me and asked your still here? I said yes I was waiting for my 3# of bnls chicken. The 3 clerks that was helping customers were quite fast and efficient and friendly. The clerk that really stood put was the dept manager whom I realized was the one that helped me on thr sales floor. I had gotten my chicken steaming hot which was perfect. Went home and I called the deli dept hoping she was still there. I wanted to tell her what a fabulous job she did and her crew did. Many people call about the negatives but never call about the positives. I know what itd like working in a place like that with a hot deal and only limited equipment. Thankfully most of the customers I saw there at the time i was waiting weren't being rude to them or to other customers. So kudos to the deli department I believe the deli managers name started with a R. You can tell that she treats her employees with respect and works sode by side by them let alone working at the busy hour. I hope your management sees this and gives you guys a paid day off or something for a fabulous job your team did.

  We recently were transferred to Hawaii with my husband’s job. We were blessed to have Morgan as our cashier on multiple trips to this location. She is very friendly, super knowledgeable and made us feel at home. This is a smaller store but we typically find exactly what we need. The store is well maintained and typically stocked well. We recommend this location for your grocery shopping needs.

  This review is for the deli section, this incident occurred at approximately 1015 am on Saturday Jan 17, 2026. 3 Employees were working at the Deli, without saying names, of the 3, the older female employee was the issue. She is rude and should be retrained in customer service hospitality. I understand if your having a bad day but dont take it out on the customers. Your responses to questions were condescending and inappropriate. A customer has questions, because they dont work there, its your system, your service, please provide feedback in a way that doesn't make the customer feel inferior or stupid. I wish her the best and I hope she can do better in the future.
