Today I got a beef burrito and halfway through I realized it had onions, tomatoes, and guacamole added when it's not part of the original item. I'm allergic to avocados and my throat started closing up. If I hadn't have bitten into the onion I probably wouldn't have noticed and needed to actually go to the hospital. Other than this, there's almost always something minor wrong with the order. Missing item, tomatoes added, sour cream missing, etc. It didnt use to be this way for the Mililani store
