- AQAddi QataminFeb 16, 20261.0Disappointing experience overall. The customer service was rude and unwelcoming... it felt like the staff genuinely didn’t want to be there. For a place like Five Guys, you’d expect better training and at least basic courtesy. The burgers were poorly cooked and definitely not up to the usual Five Guys standard. When you’re paying over $100 for a family meal, quality and service should match the price. What really topped it off was being told they don’t serve water when we asked for a simple cup, that’s just ridiculous. I’ve never seen a Five Guys location drop below a 4.0 rating, but this one somehow managed to do it, and unfortunately, it shows. Won’t be coming back.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
