I spent a long time with the girl on the phone (name started with a J or G I can’t remember) who clearly had no idea what she was doing. First she couldn’t find my orders and repeatedly asked me for my information over and over. Then she didn’t know how to refund me so I asked if she could refund me in person when I came to pick up my cake- she said yes and asked when I was coming to pick up and said she would be there and remember. I come to pick up my cake and she does not remember the refund. They also could not find my cake so I had to wait for 20 minutes on the side while they searched for my cake. Apparently someone labeled it wrong. I check the cake and it doesn’t have the writing on it like it’s supposed to. The other girl working seems confused when I point that out. She takes it back to do the writing, and it’s so bad I wish I had just left it blank. $52 for an ice cream cake is a bit pricey but it’s fun for the holiday and tastes great so I don’t mind, but the writing looked like a toddler wrote it. Then she has me wait in line again to do my refund (I had to put my cake in the public freezer so it didn’t melt because the line was so long). When I get to the front I’m told that they can’t issue me my refund because there isn’t a manager on shift. So why did they have me wait in line to tell me that while my cake is melting?! I was in there for over an hour. It was also so loud and the girls spoke so quietly I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. I’m told they will leave a message with the manager to process my refund and they will call me when they do. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t gotten a phone call or refund. I called today to inquire about it and was told there is no manager on shift and they don’t know the next time one will be. I will never be coming back to Baskin Robbin’s.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
