Please update the timings in the google website and the banner at the entrance of the cafe. These say closes at 6:30 pm but they didn’t let us in at 6:04 pm as it closes by 6pm. And this happened even before as well at other times. If the timings aren’t updated it will be difficult for people who come from far along.

The dining hall has improved in their food quality greatly this last year. I have eaten at BYUH from 2017, right when the Banyan Dining Hall opened 2022, and now 2025. It is better than it ever was. I will say the price is a bit out of budget for average individual (unless you have a meal plan). There is lack of main meal options (3-5 a day) compared to restraunt buffets but plenty of sides are available. It is structured as a cafeteria for students and a great option for students and for those who live in the area but it is not the same as a buffet option you may have in town. Make sure to check the website for the menu each week!
