- FFFM4 days ago2.0We spend half the year on Maui and dine out every night, and Spago Maui has always been one of our favorites until now. We stopped by on our way to DUO to make a reservation for another evening at 6:30, only to be told that reservations are not allowed during certain hours. This new system was unclear and difficult to understand. The hostess informed us that we could try to dine at the bar if space was available, which felt uncertain and not in line with the experience we’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, we left without a reservation. After so many years of enjoying this restaurant, it’s disappointing to be told we cannot dine there—without a clear explanation as to why.

The staff is very knowledgeable and not suggesting items based on muscle memory, the restaurant management is the best in the Islands. Thank you Charlie for a look into your amazing wines. Allow the staff to guide you on the flawless dining journey at Spago. Not at just the Maui location but all of them. We are blessed to be able to dine at the Canon Location where Chef Puck often has the chance to stop by and say Hello to Samantha and I.

We started with a nice bottle of wine as we enjoyed the sunset, then we had their amazing poke cones, followed by dinner and a Mango Soufflé that was out of this world!!! The service was amazing, the food was off-the-hook, and we’re still talking about it this morning!!! I highly recommend Spago’s! It’s our absolute favorite restaurant on Maui!
