  Worst pizza and service I have EVER had! Ordered 5:45 was shown eta of 6:20 . Got text saying driver was on way! Pizza finally arrived at 6:55! Hard as a rock and COLD. Was on phone trying to find out what was going on when it was delivered. No offer to remake and send back out or anything to try and make right!

  **Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Long Wait Times** I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but my recent experience here was truly frustrating. First off, we had to wait for over 5 minutes just to place our order. When we finally did, we ordered a pizza and garlic bread, and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. The display even showed a pick-up time of 11:32 PM, so we thought everything was fine. However, after waiting 45 minutes, we only received the pizza—no garlic bread in sight. When we asked the server about the garlic bread, she responded very rudely, saying we'd have to wait an additional 20 minutes. By this point, we were already late for our tour. While she did offer a refund for the garlic bread, it didn't make up for the delay and the poor attitude. Overall, this experience left a lot to be desired. The service was unprofessional, the wait was unnecessarily long, and it caused us to miss out on plans. Definitely disappointed and won't be returning.
