  5’s across the board! We came here for my birthday dinner and I’m so happy we chose this place. I’m an Italian food snob. I learned to cook it from real Italian chefs so I am often let down by American Italian restaurants. This was the farthest thing from a let down. Every dish we had was perfect. We had the Kampachi crudo, beet salad, squid ink pasta and the Hawaiian sea bass, and the mascarpone lemon desert. Everything was cooked to perfection. All flavors and seasoning was on point. None of it was over done. Just simple perfection. The squid ink pasta is a much have. Hope our server was so sweet and did a great job suggesting the wines, Amari and cocktails for our palettes. She was very attentive. Finally we lived the fire dancer that performed while we were dining. That was a fun surprise! We’d come back and recommend to others!

  Note: Google Maps shows Ferraro's right at the southern entrance, but it's actually next to the pool area, about 200 feet north of its GMaps pin. My family and I had a lunch to remember there today. We all got the seafood cobb salad, which was extremely delicious. The roast eggplant appetizer was also extraordinary! I actually think the prices here are super reasonable, given that you're dining at a 5-star hotel resort right on the beach and the chef has some serious firepower and local connection (as evidenced throughout the menu). Service was also standout - Matt and Justin took great care of us. A performer even began singing Hawaiian tunes. And the views were incredible. In short, I was really pleasantly surprised by my experience at Ferraro's and disagree with its rather low Google review aggregate score. I've eaten all over both Italy and Hawaii, and I would recommend this place for a nice splurge meal to just about anyone.

  Beautiful Italian restaurant at the four seasons with westward facing ocean views. Their freshly made pastas were tasty and nicely portioned. Antipasti plates were great as well. The service was excellent.

  View was amazing. The coco-crush cocktail was wonderful. The food was not excellent. Calamari was not fresh neither were the sauces were not interesting nor tasty. Squid ink pasta was bright but salty and heavy. The meatballs lacked flavour. Lasagne was tasty. Service is rated poorly because server watched me fish a fruit fly out of ky drink and then removed my plate and made no compensation for the fly issue even though she saw me place it on the very plate she removed from me.

  Best of best restaurant in Maui. Abber the hostest gave us a warm aloha greeting and lead us to our ocean view table. Our server, Danielle provided the Four Seasons high quality experience. And the food archived our high expectations. I recommend the the pizza scampi and Kampachi carpaccio salad for lunch. Another note: they offer the golden hour from 3:00-5:00 daily with 50% off on the Champagne bottles and cavier pizza!! I wish i could spoil myself coming here every day! Thank you.
