Weed of this location fairly often just because it's convenient to our house. My husband ordered a bacon quarter pounder. It came without any bacon even though he was charged for it. I ordered a cheeseburger no pickles and got no cheese on my cheeseburger. The food was very sloppily made with only a little sauce in the very middle of the bun and I thought there were no onions but there did appear to be 3-4 slivers. It's confusing to me when you order on their kiosk that there could be so many misunderstandings about what is ordered.

This McDonald’s has the rudest manager named Ray. Long story short, I placed a mobile order and it didn’t come out even after 30 mins. I was questioning this and instead of helping me he yelled at me to get off “his” property and pointing to leave. They took my money and I got nothing no food in exchange. I am just in shock that an employee would even talk to anyone like that. He might be frustrated with something else but he definitely took it out on me. McDonald’s should double check what kind of people they hire.

McDonald’s in Kealakakua is a joke. The dining room is rarely open when I come through, so I am forced to use the drive through and eat in my car. To make things worse they can’t seem to be bothered to think through what a customer needs with the meal that was ordered. I ordered a big breakfast plate. No butter or jelly for the biscuit. No salt and pepper for the eggs. I guess I’m fortunate to get a knife and fork this time. A little bit of training would be nice.
