  People including us complaining about the lack of service and customers came inside were angry from their drive thru food. A couple of older women had put in their order on that kiosk machine and stood there to pay up at the 1 n only counter for our entire visit over 30 minutes at least until they finally left..we chatted with them as they were walking out n said this was the worst McDonald's on this island. I'm in agreement I had to walk up to get ketchup and the counter person acted like I was a bother. I asked about the coffee if it was fresh n she said she didn't know how long it was sitting there and thenew McBig sandwiches didn't have 3 white cheeses but a mix of white n orange cheeses it was overloaded with sauce n horrible tasting, our fries were soggy n Luke warm plus so expensive for lousy food. I'd like to say that it was clean but there were obviously other people inside who just left their garage on the tables, floors n counter behind us. I suggest you steer away from this location if you want a good experience from McDonald's!

  if i could rate this a -10 star i would. my husband & i went to pick up a mobile order & everyone but one lady was very rude & that was just the drive through. they didn't close the happy meal box, they didn't give my husband's medium fries, & his frappé, & my drink. they also made my order completely wrong, they put way more extra pickles than all the other mcdonalds usually does which is usually just enough & forgot the tomatoes & it's like they just threw everything in there. my husband had to walk in to get the stuff they missed from the order TWICE & he said it was sad & that no one seemed like they wanted to be there. we get that you guys are tired of working there or in general, but we all have jobs too, and we're all human. i know this may seem like a long review but this is just my honest opinion and every customer matters because i don't think the workers but that one lady understands the importance of their location's image and presentation. i hope that one lady is doing okay though because that performance from everyone else is just straight embarrassing.

  The absolute worst McDonald's. I've had several run ins with their "manager" Jenny. She is so sassy and will argue with you. They also make you order and park Every. Single. Time. I've even done the mobile option to drive thru and pick up and they still make me park and wait! What's the point of mobile orders then?! Sadly, this is the closest McDonald's to my home.

  I know why they got 3,5 stars I have waited but no one bring the food out to our table I came and ask No one came until i keep calling “excuses me” They told me table # and my name Then i ask them i thought you guys bring the food to the table She said we r all busy doing our things ?????
