The gals who work in the morning are friendly and work well ,but they can only do so much.They get the stars. This morning I waited in a long line to be transferred to another register where the gentleman ignored customers while he talked football with another worker.The small talk is fine except that it was painful to watch this as he scanned an item a minute and paused to talk for long periods between customers…especially agonizing when you have to get to work. Having the option of using self checkouts would be helpful.

She was about to leave for the day and she took her time to helped me get my order confirmed and correct for tomorrow as I had called over the phone yesterday to order. The person I talked to didn’t really give me the assurance my order was getting written correctly so I wanted to come in myself. Very thankful for Jamie for making sure she wrote down the right size cake, right colors i wanted and right piping style i wanted. She also took pictures of examples i wanted the cake to look like to show her coworkers/bakers. She made my day as this order is for a special occasion. I been ordering my cakes here for birthdays and this made me want to continuously come back.
