We had such an amazing time at this restaurant. The music was incredible, and the food was equally as good.

When you reserve a new place, there’s always some risk — will the food be good, will we have a great time? This time, it was a bullseye.
The tables are well spaced and generously sized. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a huge difference to actually enjoy dinner without feeling cramped or fighting for space for your plates.
The food was outstanding. The service was at least as good as the food, if not better. Even valet parking was covered by the restaurant, which is a rare and very appreciated touch.
This is by far my favorite address in Oahu right now.
Thank you for having us.

So disappointed that this food was very mediocre . The grilled Octopus starter was a visually poor presentation and was extremely “fishy”. The Lafa bread was the most surprising nice course that we were served. The cod arrived at a tepid temperature. The ahi curry was a huge piece of fish (too large) . Not refined . Certainly not Michelin quality.
I’m sad to say that we would not recommend.

We came to Mina’s Fish House with my wife and our baby, and from start to finish we were treated exceptionally well. David made our entire evening unforgettable. We told him to surprise us and bring whatever he recommended—and he absolutely nailed it. The progression of dishes was perfect: hamachi crudo, octopus, shrimp, followed by an incredible lobster pot pie and pork chop. Every plate was outstanding.
Huge credit as well to Kelvin, who was attentive throughout the night—keeping our table perfectly taken care of with water and clearing plates seamlessly. Kelvin was also the one who recommended the pork chop, which ended up being one of the highlights of the meal.
What really stood out was how thoughtful and welcoming the team was, especially with a baby at the table. The pacing, portions, and overall flow of the meal were spot-on—it felt curated rather than ordered. Exceptional food, warm hospitality, and service that truly went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent seafood spot with a relaxed yet polished atmosphere. The setting is open, breezy, and well-designed—casual enough to unwind, but refined enough to feel special.
The food is the real draw. Fresh, well-executed seafood across the board. The seafood pot pie is a standout: rich, comforting, and done tableside, which adds a bit of theatre without being gimmicky. Lobster dishes were generous and properly cooked, sweet and succulent. The fish mains (especially the salmon) were balanced and clean, with sauces that complemented rather than overwhelmed the seafood.
Service was on point—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Our server Steven made the experience noticeably better: knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly proud of the food he was serving.
Overall: strong food, great atmosphere, and service that elevates the meal. Worth visiting, and easy to recommend if you’re looking for quality seafood done right.
