  If there was ever a McDonald’s without a soul…. This location is the perfect example. You walk in and you don’t see a single McDonald’s employee working there, you also can’t see the kitchen. I went there at 5:30 PM and it was abandoned inside. The tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. You have to do all the orders on a machine and then you take a number and they still don’t bring it to your table. They just yell out your number and still expect you to come grab it from the unattended counter and the employees disappear behind a wall again. I have serious trust issues when I can’t see a fast food kitchen because I really don’t know what they’re doing to our food in the back. There are no soda machines to fill pop, there is no station with ketchup, there is no access to napkins or any kind of cutlery. There is nothing but a deserted dining area. I finally found an employee and asked for mayo on the side and I was told that they are out of mayo. That’s quite funny because my McChicken had mayo on it. Also, the food didn’t taste hot and fresh either, it felt like it came out of a warmer. Considering we can’t see the kitchen for all we know the food is premade and just coming out of warmers. The feeling of sitting in a lonely isolated McDonalds was just creepy. There was another person dining in the McDonald’s who was a local and he claimed the reason the soda machines are hidden and all the condiments and cutlery is because it’s a high crime area and people come in and steal everything.

  food is always good and hot restaurant always clean and presentable to the public The only issue we have is all the workers pay more attention to the drive-thru then the counter they want everyone to use the mobile app or the computers or the kiosks to order food but you get your order fast that way but if you're paying cash you have to after placing your order you have to wait and until they finally send someone up to take cash need to install a buzzer or even a camera on a wall over that's overlooks the registers with a monitor in the back that workers can see people in the front and help them

  Best McDonald’s on the island! I love their food, and drinks, and all the workers here are very nice! I usually go in the drive thru here rather than go in, and get food. I would go in the drive thru and get food if you want to get your food faster because it takes longer going inside and get it usually. Would I recommend coming here? Yes of course! But it’s better to come when they are not super busy.

  Ok I have to write a review because this McDonald’s was just so delicious. The hottest, freshest fries, burgers delicious, chicken nuggets delicious and McFlurry so yummy. I had so much soda on the plane that I didn’t want a soda, and now I’m sad I didn’t because I think it may have been the best Diet Coke of my life!!! Also the gal at the drive thru was super friendly!!! Seriously so yummy. If you have a hankering for McDonald’s when you’re visiting the island — head here!!!

  Really frustrated with this location since their renovation. The only way to ensure you get food in a timely manner is to battle through the drive through. We placed an online order for pick up in store thinking that would be faster and easier since we were on a time crunch and we proceeded to wait 30+ before we finally just had to leave without food since we needed to make our next appointment. Between having minimal people working in the back and them prioritizing doordash, none of the in house orders were being met in a timely manner. I've served my time working in fast food, having a crowd of people waiting over 45 mins for a FASTFOOD breakfast is absurd when they could've gone down the street and had a sit down meal in that time. This is the death of fast food.
