  A solid, well-stocked location in Kapa’a. We stopped by and found that they had almost everything on the menu available, which was great. Service: The staff was patient and didn't rush us through the assembly process, allowing us to get exactly what we wanted. The Food: While the ingredients were fresh, the sub could have been packed a bit more securely—it was a little messy to eat on the go. Parking: The lot is shared with several other popular shops, so it can be quite a challenge to find a spot during rush hours. Give yourself a few extra minutes to circle for a space. Since you’re already in the plaza, don't miss Wailua Shave Ice right next door! It’s the perfect dessert to follow up your meal.

  Don't go here and expect to get anything any time close to closing. They close 30 minutes early. Walked up and knocked on the window and they just stand there and shake their head as I point to their hours on the door.

  I ordered online and chose the "double meat" option which is an extra $3.95! i did NOT get any extra bacon, it was also missing tomatoes and had way too much mayonnaise. I also added a tip, but my friend picked it up for me and said they didn't have my order, barely spoke english and were rude, i tried calling multiple times to address the situation and no one answered. Do not recommend this place. I used to work at a Subway myself, its not that hard to put the right topping on a sandwich, especially when its printed out!

  Online order...charged over $5 for 2 little bottles of water and then she forgot to put them in the bag. I called and the rude, incompetent woman blamed me.
