  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TRUE FARM-TO-TABLE QUALITY — BEST RIBEYES ON KAUA‘I! Medeiros Farm is everything you want in a local, farm-to-table meat shop. The ribeye steaks we picked up were hands-down some of the best I’ve ever cooked — thick, beautifully marbled, clean-tasting, and unbelievably tender. When you buy here, you truly know where your meat comes from, and you can taste the difference in every bite. Their grass-fed, locally raised beef has incredible flavor and grills up perfectly. The fat cap rendered beautifully, the char was intense, and the inside stayed a perfect medium-rare. Everyone at the table said it was one of the best steaks they’ve had in years. The shop itself is exactly what you hope for when searching for a great butcher shop or meat market on Kaua‘i — friendly people, honest pricing, and high-quality cuts that beat anything you’ll find at a big grocery store. This is real Hawaii beef from a real Hawaii family farm. If you value farm-to-table, sustainable local agriculture, and premium ribeye steaks, this is a must-visit. Outstanding quality, amazing service, and absolutely elite beef. 🔥 Five stars. Highly recommend for anyone who wants the best steaks on the island and wants to know exactly where their meat comes from.

  If you are looking for top quality, grass fed, locally sourced beef while on Kauai definitely stop by Medieros Farms. Unfortunately, we arrive later in the afternoon when their inventory had been mostly depleted, but I was able to find a nice piece of tri-tip that allowed me to cut three steaks from.

  We had the chorizo (best and most authentic chorizo I’ve ever tried), pork sausages (so juicy and well seasoned), and char siu (really nails the flavour, so tender and tasty). We wish we could’ve brought some home with us, a must stop if you’re planning on barbecuing while on the island!
