  This is a restaurant not a bar. When my wife and daughter take our time grandchild to lunch they shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes for the staff to even take an order and listen to them cuss like sailors at 11AM on a Friday. Go to the North shore location where there is at least a modicum of professionalism. There are a dozen better restaurants with food just as good and better service. You don't have to subject yourself to the amateur hour that this business is.

  Ordered online, was informed food would take 15 mins, got there a little early and they were just packing it up. Food was hot and ono.

  Nai was super friendly and insightful about the menu—very knowledgeable about the items he described. Great service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. 10/10, highly recommend!

  I had the Old School which barely had a little bits of cabbage, not slaw. The bbq sauce was barely drizzled on. I had them add some cabbage and bbq sauce and it was better. The buns were soft but too big compared to the meat. My husbands sandwich was missing the advocado he had added to the order. Another sandwich was too dry. They need to revamp their menu and do better. There was water dripping from the ceiling and tables were dirty. The cashier was nice though and cleaned the tables for us.

  The Wendy’s burrito had the tiniest, thinnest amount bacon in the bottom corner of the burrito. Hopefully that was a mistake rather than purposeful. The kalua pork burrito had a small amount of pork compared to the overwhelming amount of egg they tried to compensate with instead. Lastly, this is a big chain with locations in Texas and Las Vegas in addition to the location in Hawaii. Please don’t ask your customers to tip to compensate for a lack of willingness to pay your employees a proper living wage.
