When I asked him to toast my sandwich once, then only half as long in the toaster again for 15 seconds. He toasted it twice and burnt it badly, then cut it in half before the sandwich was done. He gave me one napkin, when I asked for extra napkins he gave me one more napkin. Terrible do not recommend. Go to Subway hamakua instead.
