So today when I went in to order something from the Bakery I was disappointed as the girl didn’t know anything about taking an order. I thought there was hope when I was told another employee would be returning from lunch that could take my order. I proceeded to stick around and try and place an order at the deli for the same event. The girl at the deli didn’t greet me. Not exaggerating! We waited for her to finish a task she was doing and when she came up to the counter she just stared at me. She didn’t say a word! I proceeded to ask about placing an order and she said she didn’t know how. Didn’t offer to get anyone. The frustration was building. I proceeded to do shopping. When I had my groceries, I saw there was a gentleman at the deli so I was able to place an order with him. I went back to the bakery and waited for the other Bakery employee to come back from her lunch. I gave up after 20 minutes of standing there. I left feeling like canceling the deli order but I’ll keep it for now. I just don’t have the faith in the Safeway team at this point.
