  We enjoyed an exceptional dinner at Ulu during our stay at the Four Seasons. The food, ambiance, and service were all superb. Thank you in particular to Justine and Emily for taking such good care of us during our meal. We can't wait to come back.

  The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! The baked goods are truly epic for sheer number of selections. Fresh made omelets to order are excellent. Bacon is delicious, eggs bene, all the food is just fantastic. And the range of choices is amazing. This will be a definite go to when we are back on the Big Island. The view and sound of waves crashing while you eat breakfast is icing on the cake!

  An incredible experience. When I made the reservation 2 months before, I left a note saying that we were two lovers who haven't seen each other in over 10 years and was looking for just one special and beautiful night. When we arrived we were guided to our table which was outdoors and the closest one to the ocean. Every single one of our staff was attentive, kind, sociable and knowledgeable from the server, to the tableside cook, to even the busser. We got tableside poke, and as it was, every ingredient that was mixed in individually was explained in detail, what texture was being added, what it would to the flavor of the fish, etc. The kaluga hybrid caviar was well worth the price for the experience, undeniably the best I've had personally. The grilled Mahi Mahi was fresh, light, and delicious and my partner devoured her crab noodles. We added black truffle to both dishes for a modest price, we'll worth it. The complimentary fresh bread and garlic butter was a kind addition to our table. The chocolate souffle was rich, flavorful, and the perfect way to end the night. Thank you to everyone at ULU to making our night and my trip to Hawaii, I hope to come again someday.

  We chose this place to celebrate my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint. Everything we had was top notch; tableside poke, crab noodles (tons of crab meat) seared ahi, spicy tuna roll, and chocolate souffle. We treated ourselves to caviar and that was also an amazing experience. Our server Lilibeth, did a fantastic job; she was very knowledgeable about the menu, as well as cocktail recs. She was also very personable and helped make the entire experience and birthday celebration one we won't forget.
