  Ordered a mobile order and usually can go into dining room to pick up. Dining room was locked, they told me to go through the drive thru to pick up my. Mobile order. What is the point of mobile ordering if you have to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru? Thry refused to acknowledge me or open the door when I wanted to inquire about a refund. I left without my food and without a refund.

  Im from Kentucky and this is the best taco bell I've ever had. Wish they made it like this back home

  This location is awful, drive through was closed and you cannot order in store and told us use app . Zero customer service

  Drive through person handed me a slushy that was WAY too full and exploded in my car everywhere (even with the lid still on). No apology. I asked for an extra cheese sauce they forgot. Then they rang me up for it. I asked if they could forgo the extra dollar since I’m literally covered in slushy as they’re handing me napkins to clean out my car. Woman who was working at 11:45 on an April 7 was adamant I pay. I looked at her dumbfounded, literally slushy all over my lap. I said seriously? She insisted. I pulled out. It’s a reallllll special bunch that works here.
