  분위기도 어두웠지만, 세상에서 가장 불친절한 여직원 서브웨이 빅아일랜드 자주왔지만 여기지점은 처음인데 최악입니다. 그리고 테이크아웃시 담아주는것 없는게 정상인가요? 봉투물어보니 없다고 끝 얼굴보니 기분나빠서 먹기싫어요 모두 참고하시고 기분좋은 여행되세요~

  The moment we arrived the lady who helped us(didn’t get her name because she had no name tag) gave us a big mugged look. Then we asked a question and she answered with big attitude. The whole time making the sandwich she acted like she definitely didn’t want to be there. Honestly, her whole personality ruined my experience of eating there. The sandwiches were all right. Even though she heated it up, the sandwich felt cold.

  Terrible customer service. The lady who took our order was extremely rude, impatient , and clearly didn’t want to be there. She rushed us and made us feel uncomfortable, as if she was doing us a favor by serving us. Instead of being helpful, her tone and behavior came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Customer service like this really ruins the overall experience. Completely unacceptable behavior—won’t be coming back.

  I always like coming to this Subway but, today was a new face behind the counter. I was greeted by her from behind the wall. I stood there for about a minute or two waiting for her to come out. She came out and washed her hands with no smile, no thanks for waiting. She was very brash and I felt like asking her if I did something to upset her. I hope her days gets better…..
