  I absolutely LOVE Johnny. Me and my boyfriend haven’t been there in months and he recognized us. Such a great worker, he deserves a raise for sure. So on it and always greeting everyone that comes in. Our ordered was made perfect and fast and may I add with awesome customer service. 10/10 recommended this subway. All thanks to Johnny !!<3

  Patience is a blessing for those of us that can withstand it. This location is usually VERY busy during lunch time with usually at least 2 team members but today there was only 1 during the lunch rush and let me give a HUGE shout out to Destiny. Not only was she alone running the entire place by herself but she still had kindness and patience for all of her customers. She was making bread, online orders, a line of customers in front of her and she made it look incredibly easy with her work flow- AND she washed her hands after handling money each time! The place was clean and well taken care of and the shelves were stocked. If I could hire her I would right now! Huge kudos to you Destiny keep up the great work, I was very impressed by you and I know that you made many people smile today so be proud of yourself! P.S. My sandwich is on point! Hope to see you again soon!

  Had to show some love to Johnny & Destiny at Subway in Kona Commons🤙🏽🔥 every time I come through they take care of me with the BEST service, always fast, friendly, and straight up ONO every single time! You can tell they really care about what they do and it shows in the food and the vibe. If you like that real local kine service where you feel welcomed and taken care of, this is the spot💯 appreciate you both always holding it down!

  The guy who was making our sandwich was extremely rude. He was throwing the veggies on the sandwich like he is doing extra favour and giving our food to us for free. Has no manners whatsoever and thinks he is the king himself. Worst service ever. I think this subway chain is privately owned because they have their own rules here. Apparently if we ask to cut the foot long in half to eat properly then they charge extra. Would not recommend going to this subway. Choose a different one or in different neighbourhood.

  Your server Johnny was incredibly aggressive with us. How many sandwiches, what kind of bread, what do you want....before the 4 of us even got to the counter. We were putting him out by ordering from Subway! Eye rolling, puffing and shoulder rolls. Come on buddy we were the only 4 people in there. No pleased at all. And will not go back to this location.
