    The restaurant clearly has a lot of staff, yet the service is consistently slow. This isn’t an occasional issue—it happens almost all year round. Every visit involves a long wait, and there’s absolutely no sense of improved efficiency despite having so many employees. It honestly makes you wonder what everyone is doing. If ratings could go below zero, I would definitely give this place a negative score. It truly doesn’t even deserve one star.

    I've eaten at Taco Bell's for over 30 years, and this is arguable the worst Taco Bell in the United States. Here's why: the hours of operation. Their hours are so inconsistent that it's not even worth driving across town or stopping by to see if they are open. Their drive through is NEVER open. I was there yesterday, Dec. 30, 2025 at 2:30pm, and the sign on the door said closed and only mobile orders were being filled. This franchise should not be allowed to operate until they have full open hours and an operational drive through.

    Worst than island time. Ordered online via app and it said food will be ready in 1 hour. 1 hr and 30 min later food still isn't ready. 1 person makes the taco, another person wraps it. If it wasn't so frustrating it would be comical. 2hrs later , still no food. How is this possible?!?

    It was clean, the food was excellent. The computerized tablets to order weren’t all working but the gentleman at the counter promptly offered to assist despite the signage saying to use the tablets.
