Nice and clean eating areas.unfortunately I joined the rewards program and the employee told me to claim the sandwich I just purchased. I found the form and filled it out. Customer service said I wasn’t eligible because they couldn’t verify the information. I used the receipt I had and even asked the counter girl to help me identify the right transaction number. Very disappointed. I guess I can always find another sandwich shop to go to. I downgraded the service score to reflect poor customer service.
