They're located in the Kona Commons, a newer mall between Kona Airport and Kailua Kona town. The store was clean, and service was friendly and fast. DESSERT: Oreo Waffle Cone Blizzard Mmm, mmm, mmm good and so much better in a creamy, crunchy waffle cone! Clean and very easy to eat because it came in a plastic holder. OVERALL: I wish DQ would open back up on Maui!
