    Charged for a unsweetened iced tea. They no longer carry, "oh we don't have it anymore." No cash back, that sucks. Thanks for the service. Rip off

    A Regional Manager or owner needs to come over and see what is happening here. Filthy restrooms, crazy rude cashier. Alarms going off. The other two employees didn’t seem to know there were customers there. It was quite a scene. Customers leaving without making an order others coming in, demanding refunds!

    This was genuinely the worst Wendy's I have been to, as soon as we walked in here it felt super ghetto. And the worker "Charmea" was super rude to us! She took literally 2 seconds to make the frosty, causing it to be very undermixed and when I asked where the spoon was she snapped and said "behind you." I hope there is another Wendy's on the island because we come every year and it's my fav fast food place, very disappointing experience
