Energy of staff is what you hope for when supporting a business that has competition, and I see a lot of unfair reviews here given I am in twice a week for lunch .

Service can be quick or slow depending on who's in line and what and how many things they're ordering of course. I had one unfortunate incident happen years ago when the female worker making my sandwich was talking on the company phone while holding the phone with the plastic gloves on and making my sandwich at the same time. I walked out half way through the process.
