The toppings have noticeably decreased and the pizzas have been either burnt or undercooked. Something has gone wrong here. I used to look forward to coming here, but after today’s experience I think I’ll pass. One additional thing not related to the food is that the restroom is never cleaned.

Walked into the store and was told they mixed up my pizza. Took them around 8 mins to make a new one. However they forgot one of the toppings so I had to wait another 8 mins. On top of that my wings barely had any sauce on them to the point I would consider them plain. However I got to annoyed and accepted the fact, that’s what I’m getting.

They need new workers because how are you going to have a carside delivery option and you don't even honor it? The manager acts like he has no clue what's going on or how to run the place. I'll try Wailuku Dominos from now on. Hopefully they're food is cooked better along with more professionalism.

Was told 26 minutes and it took an hour and a half. Couldn't taste any sauce because it was so over cooked. They called me 3 times and hung up on me after I left reviewed. Finally, Managers would only remake and send out pizzas but we will be on a plane before they get out it to us. Refused to give money back after I sent pictures of horrible this pizza was
