  Friendly, helpful service. I customized my sundae into a sort of pina colada: rum raisin ice cream with pineapple topping, which the staffer also added on the bottom, and whipped cream. It was delicious!

  The remodel looks fantastic. The rich tradition of Haagen-Dazs combined with a super friendly staff makes it a must visit every time we are in Maui.

  Sham on you owner. I sat outside for 15 minutes and watch 10 to 15 people walk away because the line was too big. The quality of ice cream is fantastic, but unfortunately, there’s only two people working in the entire place. One person is making the ice cream, one person is taking the money and trying to help the other person make ice cream. Meanwhile, everybody is waiting a super huge lineup that goes out the door. Not for anything, but the ice cream is not cheap and I don’t know why you wouldn’t hire at least one more person to help your poor employees. Super busy tourist spot, and I just watched all these people walk away and go to the gelato place around the corner because your lineup is too big. Hire another local person to help you out buddy, and you won’t lose soooo much business.
