  Wir hatten um 17:30 rund 10 Minuten Wartezeit. In dieser Zeit wurden 3 Autos beim Drive In bedient. Die Speisen waren gut und das Lokal passabel sauber.

  Overall, the experience was mixed. On the positive side, the dining area was clean and well-maintained. Tables and seats were wiped down, and everything looked neat — no complaints about cleanliness at all. However, there were some downsides. The restroom was locked, and you have to ask for a key at the counter, which is inconvenient. As for my order, I got two Grilled Cheese Burritos, one of them with extra chicken. In the end, that burrito barely had any chicken in it — it was mostly rice. There’s no point in paying extra if the ingredient isn’t actually there. I also asked for extra sauces, but they weren’t given to me. When I got my drink, they put a lid on the cup but didn’t provide a straw. I had to ask for everything separately, which feels неудобно. Considering there were about 5–6 employees working and it wasn’t very busy, the order was prepared carelessly and not up to standard. Overall, the expectations were not met.

  The absolute worst Taco Bell in Hawaii with the worst fast food mobile app ordering system. I placed my dinner order via the app, get to the Hawaii Kai Taco Bell and see a line to the road. I’ve done this before and the wait is easily 30-40 minutes. I call, and call, and call about 6-7 times. Finally manager Rumi answers. He tells me he can’t refund my order and I need to come into the store tomorrow morning. What? Then he tells me to call a mainland number and hangs up on me. I’m currently out of my money and don’t have food.

  Tried to pay at counter with cash. I was asked to use the kiosk even for cash. I waited 15 minutes and no one took any payment from me and my order was NOT being made. They assured me it would only be a few minutes but I ONLY HAD 30 minutes for lunch. They absolutely ruined my chance. Very very slow. Very rude. Very inefficient.

  Whoever brought back the taco salad, even in mini version, deserves as raise. Please don’t ever discontinue it again. We’ll take the big one any day, but this will do for now.
