- SIsarah irelandApr 19, 20261.0They messed up every part of the order as every person in our group ordered. Both women were extremely rude to all customers in the facility.

I retrieve the sub and bring it back to my home (10 mins each way on bus) I open the sandwich to see no meat which is very disappointing since the meat is the pricey part of the sandwich. I call the store about 5 times no answer. I call again this morning to get a rude worker saying she made the sandwich and wouldn’t have done something like not putting meat on the sandwich. We go back and forth I ask he for a refund she says no. She asks me why didn’t I call the store (I did they didn’t answer ) then she told me she couldn’t do anything about it today since I didn’t come in yesterday . Extremely rude service, will be talking to corporate.
