It arrived cold and we had to reheat it. I think it had to do with the door dasher having a moped. The puzza took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get delivered. The ETA when ordered said 40 '50 minutes 2. We requested requested classic marinara.but there was hardly any sause and it was dry. What happened pizza hut? Yiu guys used to be good.

I got a plain pizza for the cost of a 3-topping pizza. The cashier did not open the box for my inspection. When I called the branch, the person on the phone declined to provide any adjustment. When I called the Pizza Hut complaints number, the person on the phone was helpful and is routing my concern to someone in the company who can possibly resolve my concern.
