- RRRay RayApr 5, 20262.0All the menu screens have been broken for months if not longer and one of the drink machines has been broken for months too. The staff barely know what they are doing. You have to ask about your mobile order because it's never ready when it's supposed to be. They frequently get orders wrong so you better check it before leaving. And don't get me started on the Mcflurry machines that are always broken.

Somehow had to wait an additional 5 minutes when we finally made it to the window for our simple order. Less than ideal experience. Side note: If McDonald's actually cared about feedback they would respond to reviews individually. If you look at each negative review, they give a link to submit feedback online through their website. I don't expect any differences here...
