  Sign says they open at 6am. By 6;15 I can see some activity so I bring my car into the drive-thru. Aunty manager rudely takes my order, and when I get to her window she scolds and lectures me for another 5 minutes about how if their lights are off - they're NOT ready!! Now it's 6:20 and all I wanted was a coffee. Worst McDonald's on the island!!!!!!!

  Who ever the Aunty is working the drive thru this past Sunday was either going through something or just a miserable person. It was around 1 pm and she asked if I was using the app I said yes but waiting for it to load. It loaded and I said the number but no response, I waited about 45 mins and just said hello? She said something to the affect of stop saying hello I’m busy in a very condescending tone. I said ok and just waited. She got back to me about 2 mins later and I started to order I said the first order which appeared on screen and than started the second . She very bluntly said can you hold on . I said ok but the tone was there basically yelling at me. I got the order at the window but was missing something so I sat there she ignored me for about 1 min than said you got your order so why stay here. I said no I’m missing the large fry’s and she just turned around and checked the receipt than called in for the girls inside to come and bring some fry’s. Never had a hard time with any drive through employee. Hopefully just a bad day but it seemed like she was the same way with the person ordering when I was waiting for my missing item.

  I placed my order on the app from home. Drove to mcdonalds got into the drive thru gave them my code then sat there and sat there and sat there some more. When I finally got up to the window she had my bag. I did not order a drink. She was taking an order and couldn't even hand me the bag and smile. I got irritated and asked why it was taking soooo long for people to get their orders. She told me other people had to wait also. Im fully aware of that because I had to sit and wait for those people. So she got mad and told me to grow up. It was like 8pm on a Saturday night and it was not busy. Its just a reminder why its been so long (year?) Since ive been to mcdonalds. I wont be coming back any time soon probably not until I forget how this manoa McDonald's is not on top of their fast food game.
