  I rarely give 3 stars to any fast food. In this case, I gave it 2 stars (1 star for heat consistency and 1 star for posterity) Same applies for service. (1 star because it was open during published hours along with posterity and 1 star because the staff were considerate) Atmosphere is where this store fell short of all expectations. I brought in my family for a quick dining-in experience, only to be greeted by several homeless errr house-less and what I describe as tweaked-out individuals. One asked me for some money while another asked me for a ride. Fair to assess that we left the restaurant and proceeded to the drive-thru.

  I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, finally asking if they were open or if I needed to go outside to drive through? No answer. Then some guy, maybe a Mgr. Started to take my order and then just walked away. After about 15 minutes I finally ordered. Then I get home and they forgot my 2 apple pies. So I had to go back. This locations service, sucks and always has.

  I came to pickup order through Uber .The lady in the Drive through she was crazy , I told her I want to talk with manager she said she is a manager but I didn't see any manager skills 🤪

  Bad experience, and I only came for an iced coffee. Deciding to go through the drive thru was a big mistake. We ordered ahead of time and the drive thru had a few other cars. The parking lot was just about full. When we told her we ordered through the app she was confused and told us to drive up to the window. The woman there kept trying to guess our order, even after us telling her just an iced carmel coffee she still was confused and told us to go to the next window. We waiting over 30 minutes in total for the cars in front of us. Eventually getting to the last window, we told her our order and she kept shuffling through receipts and reading off what was on each one. Did you order large fries with your coffee? No , just the coffee. That said.. everyone was friendly and we finally got our coffee and it was good, but we wished we went to any other McDonald's.

  The order took 45 mins and all i ordered was an ice cream and large fries.
