  Worst experience tonight. Even McDonalds has better food and service. Ordered on screen because cashier seemed busy. Order was JR bacon cheese burger, small fries and coffee with cream/sugar. Paid $11 and change. So upon receiving my food as told by cashier " eh about your coffee I cannot give this because we close about 2pm "..."normally we don't have...". So asked for a refund. Cashier replied, "oh I don't know about the refund". Said what? why? He immediately replied " thats why I going offer you large drink instead". Of course, I did want a coffee so settled for a large cup of ice instead. That's $2-$3 price. So the food. Fries was probably only thing worth what I paid for. The sandwich is cold or hot? Meat should be hot right. Everything cold. Even the bun tasted old. Had a hard crust texture. Burger King & McDonalds 🍔 buns are soft. When I open the wrapper steam comes off sandwich. Not at thus Wendy's apparently. So sad.

  Extremely pathetic poor service. Night shift Manager has a very bad attitude. Owner of this franchise location should fire this employee. Wait time for customers was more than 30 minutes. Date of poor service 2/23/26 at 10:05 pm. Patronize any other food establishment instead of this Wendy’s location.

  Two attempts at eating here. Neither successful. The only Celiac safe item on the menu is the baked potato. How hard is to have baked potatoes ready? The profit ratio is enormous on potatoes. If you have to waste a few at the end of the day, it’s pennies. What’s the cost of losing a customer forever, because your staff aren’t prepared? 🤷‍♀️

  This Wendy's is a nice and newly designed building. It's very clean inside. My only complaint was that I was lied to by an employee. I decided to dine inside. When I walked in the place was empty with one person sitting down eating. When I walked up the counter I was ignored for a while. A few people looked at .e and saw me there, but they didn't say anything and kept working. After standing there for 5 minutes a woman came ro help me. She didn't say hi and wasn't very friendly. I ordered my food and it was ready quickly with no problems. When she handed me my order I asked her for a few packs of the Hot Chile Seasoning. She said it would be 26 cents, I said, "ok no problem". I thought that was weird, I've never paid for these before. She came back with sweet chile dipping sauce. I told her that's not what I asked for. I told her they're in a black packet with red writing on it that says "Hot Chili Seasoning" and she immediately said, "we don't give those out unless you order chili". I said,"ok, so if I order some chili then you will give me some?". She said, "yes, but we only give 2 packs of hot chili seasoning with each order. That's corporate policy". I told her, "I've never heard of that before". That's the first time being denied free sauce packets since I started liking them over 20 years ago lol. She said, "it's always been that way", and shrugged her shoulders. I knew she was lying. About a month later and went through the drive thru thus time. I ordered and everything went smoothly. My order was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window. When the guy was handing me my food I asked for some Hot Chili Seasoning packets. He immediately grabbed 2 and handed them to me. I said, "I'm sorry can I have about 4 more?". He didnt say anything and handed me 4 more packs. I said, "thank you very much!", and drove away happy. After that, I laughed, but couldn't help feeling a little annoyed that the woman that helped me before, lied to me. Maybe she's just a mindless drone following orders from above lol. Or maybe she didn't like the way I looked. Or maybe she was scared of getting fired for giving me some free sauce packets lol. Or maybe they'd take it oit of her paycheck. Or maybe she felt like she would get a promotion for saving Wendy's so much money on those precious packets lmao. Funny thing is that people sell them on eBay. 50 packs for $30 or 100 for $60. Maybe that's why she didn't give me any. Because she's saving them to sell on eBay hahahahaha
