- LLLaraDec 12, 20251.0Lazy, rude workers.. they ignore you when u want to ask them something and answer with attitude. Worst service everrr. Oh yeah they NEVERRRRRR answer the phone. Went to another location and apologized for coming last minute cus this location was horrible they even told me yeah we’ve heard that location is trash alot of people complain about it. So WHOEVER is managing this location you need to hire better candidates for your store just HORRIBLE. If you are looking for better services I’d AVOID this place at all cost.. smh👎🏾👎🏾

- JJjaeNov 1, 20221.0placed an online order which was buy one footlong get one free when I went to pick up the order they told me the order already got picked up....umm how....then they told me the order wasn't processed when the money was already taken out of my account. then the lady had to go talk to the manager about it and it showed up on their screen needless to say after much bickering they only made 1 sandwich when I told them it was 2 sandwiches they said they don't honor online coupons at this location and as I was leaving they told me I had to pay for the sandwich(that I had already paid for) again. I told them no I already paid and u won't make my full order so why do I have to pay again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GRUMPY EMPLOYEES WHO MAKE THEIR OWN RULES. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD 🤬🤬
