- OAOlivia AddorisioJan 23, 20261.0I ordered a turkey sub online. I retrieve the sub and bring it back to my home (10 mins each way on bus) I open the sandwich to see no meat which is very disappointing since the meat is the pricey part of the sandwich. I call the store about 5 times no answer. I call again this morning to get a rude worker saying she made the sandwich and wouldn’t have done something like not putting meat on the sandwich. We go back and forth I ask he for a refund she says no. She asks me why didn’t I call the store (I did they didn’t answer ) then she told me she couldn’t do anything about it today since I didn’t come in yesterday . Extremely rude service, will be talking to corporate.

It was also completely empty but yet they couldn’t be bothered to clean the tables or sweep the floors the vegetables didn’t look fresh (as shown in the pictures below) as well as when I got a soup to make it a combo she tried to charge me individually for everything then responded if you want to combo we have chips.. i’ve been to subways before and you can upgrade to the soup option for a combo. Again like I said not amused!
