Their app doesn't allow you to cancel the order--even immediately after submitting. I called this location to try to cancel. They did not pick up the phone even though the supervisor was there not working on anything urgent. Called 4 times to get a hold of someone. When I asked to speak to the supervisor. The coward refused to talk to me. Despicable customer service all-around. I will never spend my money here ever again.

The bread was stale, and they messed up my order--I asked for all veggies except jalepeno and when i was eating my sandwich I bit into jalepeno to open it up, and it was basically all olives & jalepenos...very disappointed in this location because I normally love subway sandwiches :(
